Warranty Policy

Maintenance Services

At MIZ Shop Fittings Trading L.L.C, we are committed to providing reliable after-sales support.

  • We have a dedicated team of qualified technicians and specialists.

  • Maintenance services are available across the UAE.

  • Our goal is to provide fast response and minimal downtime for our customers.


1. Warranty Period

  • All eligible products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

  • The warranty applies without any additional fees, excluding consumables and misuse.

Exclusions:

The following items are not covered under warranty:

  • Production lines and factory machinery

  • Packaging lines

  • Heavy industrial and thermal equipment

 However, MIZ will:

  • Provide spare parts

  • Offer professional maintenance services

  • Support customers with after-sales service


2. What the Warranty Covers

During the warranty period, MIZ will provide:

  • Free repair or maintenance for defects caused by manufacturing faults

  • Coverage for non-consumable spare parts

Not Covered:

  • Motorized equipment (e.g. meat grinders, juice machines, kitchen machines, etc.) is not covered under warranty

 However:

  • Spare parts and repair services are available at reasonable service charges


3. Warranty Activation

To benefit from warranty services:

  • The customer must present a valid purchase invoice

  • The product must:

    • Be within the warranty period

    • Have no tampering or modification

Conditions:

  • No maintenance must be performed by unauthorized third parties

  • The product identification label must remain intact


4. Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty becomes invalid if:

  • Unauthorized repair or modification is performed

  • The product is damaged due to:

    • Misuse or improper installation

    • Electrical issues (e.g. no voltage stabilizer)

    • Accidents, neglect, or physical damage

  • Improper cleaning chemicals are used

  • Product is used in an unsuitable environment

  • Dust or dirt causes malfunction (e.g. blocked fans)

  • Incorrect gas regulators are used

  • Product identification label is tampered with

Not Covered:

  • Light bulbs, heating lamps, and internal lighting


5. Response Time & Service Scope

  • Initial response: within 48 hours

  • Action taken: within 72 hours (excluding holidays)

Service Location:

  • Maintenance is carried out at:

    • MIZ Maintenance Center – Sharjah Industrial Area 11

Important:

  • If the product is located elsewhere:

    • Customer is responsible for:

      • Transport costs

      • OR technician visit charges


6. Booking Maintenance Service

To request service:

  • Contact MIZ via:

    • Phone numbers listed on the website

  • Appointment scheduling:

    • Within 1 to 4 working days, depending on availability


7. Warranty Extension

  • If repair is delayed by more than 10 days due to MIZ:

    • The warranty will be extended by the same number of delayed days


8. Service Fees

  • Inspection fee: AED 300

  • If the issue is covered under warranty:

    • Repair will be FREE of charge

  • If not covered:

    • Customer will be informed of repair costs before proceeding
