Exchange Policy

At MIZ Shop Fittings Trading L.L.C, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our exchange policy below:

  • Sold goods are non-refundable, but may be exchanged if they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Customers must inspect the product immediately upon delivery to ensure it is free from defects.

  • Exchanges are only accepted if the product is returned in its original condition with all packaging and accessories.

  • Products made to special specifications or customized sizes (e.g., stainless steel custom items) are not eligible for exchange.

  • Customers must contact MIZ customer service via WhatsApp within 2 days of the invoice date to request an exchange.

  • In case of exchange:

    • The customer is responsible for all transportation costs (delivery & return).

    • Original shipping charges (if any) will be deducted.

  • MIZ reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving exchange.


Returned Refund Policy

We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

  • If the product:

    • Has a manufacturing defect,

    • Arrives damaged, or

    • Is not functioning properly

 The customer is eligible for a full refund or replacement.

Conditions:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition.

  • Customers may be required to provide proof (photos or videos) of the issue.

  • The return request must be submitted within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the product.

  • If the defect is confirmed:

    • Return shipping cost will be covered by MIZ.

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method only.

  • Processing time may take 10 to 45 working days, depending on the bank or payment provider.


Delivery Policy

At MIZ, we work with reliable logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Delivery is handled by professional shipping companies.

  • Standard delivery time:

    • 2 to 6 business days within UAE

  • Expedited delivery:

    • Available upon request (additional charges may apply).

Delivery Terms:

  • Upon delivery, a signature or proof of receipt is required.

  • If the customer is unavailable, delivery may be completed to any person at the given address, and this will be considered successful delivery.

  • If delivery fails:

    • Customer must reschedule.

    • Additional delivery charges may apply.

  • MIZ is not responsible for undelivered orders after 30 days from order date.

Important Notes:

  • Customers must answer phone calls for delivery coordination.

  • Working days:

    • Sunday to Thursday

  • No delivery on:

    • Fridays, public holidays, or official holidays

Remote Areas:

  • Delivery to remote locations (e.g., Madinat Zayed, Al Sila, etc.) may:

    • Require additional fees

    • Require manual confirmation before shipping


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take up to 15 working days.


Payment Confirmation

  • Once payment is successfully completed:

    • A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours.
