Maintenance
MIZ has a maintenance team of the best technicians and specialists. We provide maintenance throughout the UAE. Out of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we work as quickly as possible to avoid any loss.

First: Warranty Period:
•MIZ warrants all equipment for 12 months from the date of purchase without any intervention or additional operating materials.

• Production lines, factory equipment and machinery, packaging lines, and thermal equipment are without warranty. MAZ undertakes to provide all spare parts, a specialized maintenance department, and the best after-sales service.


Second: What does the warranty cover?
• During the warranty period, the company provides free maintenance for malfunctions resulting from manufacturing defects and any resulting malfunctions affecting the product or non-consumable spare parts.
• There is no warranty on motorized equipment such as meat grinders, ice cream, juice and slush machines, kitchen machines, butcher shops, and all machines containing motorized parts. MAZ guarantees to provide all spare parts and the best technicians and specialists, and to provide support and assistance in the event the customer encounters any malfunction, at an appropriate repair fee.


Third: Warranty Activation:
• Bring the purchase invoice to obtain warranty service.
The consumer must abide by the warranty terms stipulated as follows:
• The device must not exceed the warranty period.
• The back panel of the machine, which contains the device’s information, must not be tampered with.
• No maintenance must be performed within the warranty period by unofficial entities not affiliated with the company.

Fourth: When does the device fall out of warranty?
• If any maintenance is performed within the warranty period by unofficial or non-company entities.
• The device is damaged as a result of improper use by the customer, such as: “incorrect installation of parts, failure to use a power stabilizer to stabilize the electrical current, etc.”
• The device is damaged as a result of incorrect use (accidents, vandalism, neglect, breakage, or impact) or in a manner that violates the installation instructions.
• The use of chemical cleaning materials that do not comply with the company’s cleaning recommendations.

• If the machine’s back panel has been tampered with.
• The device is used in an unsuitable environment.
• Malfunctions resulting from the accumulation of dust and dirt on the cooling fans and electrical panels.
• Malfunctions resulting from not using a suitable gas regulator for the equipment.
• The warranty does not cover heat lamps and interior lighting.


Fifth: Response and Scope of Coverage:
• The relevant department will respond and communicate within a maximum of 48 hours of the complaint submitted via the website. Communication and action will be taken within a maximum of 72 hours from the date the complaint is referred to the relevant department (excluding official holidays).
• Maintenance services are provided by MAZ at the company’s maintenance center and in Sharjah Industrial 11.
• If the machines are located elsewhere, the customer bears the shipping costs to and from the maintenance center or the technician’s visit.


Sixth: How to book warranty maintenance:
• Contact the company via the contact numbers listed on the website.
• An appointment and maintenance schedule will be agreed upon with the customer within four days from the date of contact, with a maximum of “1-4” days, according to the maintenance department’s operating schedule.


Seventh: Additional Warranty:
• The company will extend the warranty for the customer if the maintenance is delayed for more than 10 days by the same number of days.


Eighth: Additional Fees:
• Under the heading “General Maintenance Services,” the company is required to inform the consumer of any financial amounts required. Based on the above, a fee of “300 dirhams” is set for inspection and examination. All repairs are provided free of charge if they meet the warranty and maintenance requirements.
